The South Los Angeles Homeless Transition Age Youth (TAY) and Foster Care Collaborative (Collaborative) is building strategic partnerships to prevent and end youth homelessness in South Los Angeles. The overall goal of the community planning process is to develop a comprehensive plan that will help guide the investment of future resources, inform on best-practice service delivery models, and foster a strong collaboration of agencies and communities working together to build a system of care.
