1) The anticipated shelter start date is Wednesday, December 8, 2016.

The address to the TAY Winter Shelter is via Bryant Temple AME Church. The address is 2514 W. Vernon Ave La, CA 90008. The hours of operation are 5pm-7am
 
2) The east region pick-up location is Ruth’s Place address 4775 S Broadway La Ca 90047. We are still working to solidify the west region pick-up location. However, we want to assure that we are picking up our homeless youth in SPA 6. If you should have any suggestion for the west region pick-up please provide the details to me via email.
 
3) To refer a client please contact Michael Young of Home At Last at (818) 208-0973. The referring agency is to contact the provider no later than 4:00 pm to refer an individual. The individual must arrive to the shelter no later than 6:00 pm to have a bed held.
